RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1.FOR BOTH COURIER AND STORE EXCHANGE 

1.1 STRICTLY NO cash refund in any monies or credit form.

1.2 STRICTLY NO exchange for services rendered in the Invoice. 

1.3 Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.

1.4 Normal priced products are exchangeable within (14) days from the Invoice date.

1.5 Deposits paid are NOT REFUNDABLE but exchangeable for other product that has the same value or lower than the deposits. 

1.6 Exchange products must be in original condition and unused, with all original tags attached to the products, and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability.

1.7 We will not accept products that has been used, tampered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect. Incomplete, damaged, used or tampered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or tampered, will not be accepted.

1.8 If the product that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other product, subject to stock availability. If the product you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the product returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, if the price of the product you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned product, you will not be refunded for the balance.

1.9 IF IN OUR SOLE OPINION, THE GOODS YOU HAVE RETURNED TO US ARE NOT FAULTY OR DAMAGED, AND CORRECTLY CORRESPOND TO THE DESCRIPTION DISPLAYED, OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR RETURN POLICIES OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITHIN THE RELEVANT RETURNS PERIOD FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY EXCHANGE  AND WE WILL RETURN THE GOODS TO YOU AT YOUR COSTS AND EXPENSE. 

 

2. EXCHANGES BY COURIER 

2.1 STRICTLY NO cash refund in any monies or credit form.

2.2 Product can be exchanged if purchased through our apps and website.

2.3 We will only allow online exchange and will borne the shipping and delivery costs under the following circumstances:

2.3.1 Damage upon arrival.

2.3.2 Wrong item received.

2.3.3 Product has missing parts.

2.4 The product is your responsibility until it reaches our store.  Please make sure it is packed together with original Invoice, properly and securely to avoid any damages. All goods will be inspected on return. Should an item that is returned to us that does not match the product as in the Invoice or without the original Invoice, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose it accordingly. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

2.5 We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.  We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange received after (14) days of the Invoice date. We reserve the right to deny exchange if the product does not meet our return policy guidelines, in which event, we shall return the product to you at your expense. 

2.6 Returns will be processed within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the returned items. 

 

3. EXCHANGES IN RETAIL STORES POLICY 

3.1 Products can be exchanged at our store(s) within (14) days from the Invoice date.

3.2 We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange received after (14) days of the Invoice date. We reserve the right to deny exchange if the product does not meet our return policy guidelines.

3.3 You MUST BRING and SHOW the original Invoice together with the product you wish to exchange to our store and inform the receptionist in our store that you wish to do an exchange. 

3.4 Your exchange request will not be entertained if you fail to produce the original Invoice together with the returned product at our store.

3.5 STRICTLY NO cash refund in any monies or credit form.
