LOYALTY PROGRAM POLICY
1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 The Symphony Autocare Loyalty Program (Loyalty Program) is operated by Symphony Infotech Sdn Bhd and its affiliates (we, us or our).
2. THE LOYALTY PROGRAM
2.1 You can join our Loyalty Program at any time when you download Symphony Autocare apps from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and sign up for free to create a user account with us.
2.2 You will receive one point for each RM 1.00 spent on all our wash services and/or products purchase. Points will be credited and accumulated in our system alongside your user account. Points are not transferable between user accounts.
2.3 Points are strictly not exchangeable to Cash and/or any form of monies.
3. THE LOYALTY PROGRAM ENTITLES YOU TO:
3.1 Redeem all of our wash services and/or products at our store only during our business hours strictly according to points earned.
3.2 Redeem of equivalent RM 1.00 for every 100 points earned.
3.3 Walk in and redeem our wash services and/or products during our business hour at our store with the sufficient points earned.
3.4 You are not allowed to redeem our wash services and/or products that have the value greater than the points earned.
3.5 Points earned can be used in conjunction with any other offer.
3.6 Points earned will not expire.
3.7 Points earned will grow at 0.5% monthly on compounding basis.
3.8 You can check how many points you have collected in the Symphony Autocare apps.
3.9 Surcharge(s) in monies form apply if points earned to redeem the wash services and/or products is insufficient for the required additional services and/or products.
4. VARIATION AND TERMINATION OF LOYALTY PROGRAM
4.1 We may modify the Loyalty Program and these Terms and Conditions (including the number of points required to redeem our wash services and products purchase) at any time. If we do so, we will publish a notice on our website (https://www.symphonyautocare.biz), notified you through notifications in the app and also via text messages to the phone number provided during account sign up.
4.2 Any changes made will come into effect 30 days after you have been notified via method mentioned above. Your continued participation of our Loyalty Program after this date will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
4.3 You may terminate your participation of our Loyalty Program by emailing us formally at email@example.com.
4.4 We may suspend or terminate your participation of our Loyalty Program by giving you at least 30 days’ notice by text messages to the phone number provided during sign up if we believe that you have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions or have acted fraudulently or unlawfully.
4.5 We may discontinue our Loyalty Program after giving you at least 90 days’ notice, in order for you to redeem the points earned. If we do so, we will publish a notice on our website (https://www.symphonyautocare.biz), notified you through notifications in the app and also via text messages to the phone number provided during account sign up.
5.1 We exclude, to the extent permitted by law, all terms, conditions, warranties and guarantees which might be implied into these Terms and Conditions.
5.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
