​SHIPPING POLICY

​

1.MALAYSIA AND SINGAPORE

1.1 Symphony Autocare can only send orders to valid street addresses in Malaysia and Singapore. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

1.2 This is a door to door delivery service.

1.3 At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate the receipt of the products by providing your signature to the delivery courier. 

1.4 By signing, you agree that you have inspected the packing of the parcel and have ensured that the seal is not damaged.

1.5 Should the seal be broken, please check the contents of the parcel and you may refuse to sign for the parcel.
1.6 If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please log in to your account or the courier website to track the status of your shipment. 

1.7 Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after 2 attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by the appointed logistics provider) or you do not pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier, the order may be forfeited and we will not refund you any amount that you have spent on your order.
1.8 We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials.

1.9 Delivery will only be limited to local delivery. 

1.10 Shipping charges rate, handling and courier is fulfilled by Lazada and Shopee according to their local standard rate

1.11 Shipping charges rate, handling and courier fees will be fully borne by buyer.

1.12 There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS in any monies or credit form for all shipping & handling charges.

1.13 We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the payment is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our logistics provider on Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

1.14 We may offer promotional free delivery from time to time.

1.15 Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our store within 1 - 3 business day(s) and handed over to the logistic centre if they are placed before 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
1.16 Aside from public holidays, orders placed on Friday after 5:00pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and shipped out from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business day(s).
1.17 Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) if in stock are as follows:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 5 working days.

  • Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 9 working days.

  • Rural or remote areas 7 – 14 working days

1.18 Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) if need to restock are as follows:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 30 working days.

  • Sabah / Sarawak: 30 - 40 working days.

  • Rural or remote areas 60 working days

1.19 Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery.

1.20 If there is an unfortunate event of a delay, you will be informed by email or phone call.

1.21 In the event that you have not received any delivery updates within a week after receiving the confirmation email, please contact us via email at info@symphonyautocare.biz  or call us at +6010-524 3248  for further assistance.

2 INTERNATIONAL

2.1 Symphony Autocare can send orders to other countries with a valid street address for that country. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

2.2 This is a door to door delivery service.

2.3 At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate the receipt of the products by providing your signature to the delivery courier. 

2.4 By signing, you agree that you have inspected the packing of the parcel and have ensured that the seal is not damaged.

2.5 Should the seal be broken, please check the contents of the parcel and you may refuse to sign for the parcel.
2.6 If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please log in to your account or the courier website to track the status of your shipment. 

2.7 Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after 2 attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by the appointed logistics provider) or you do not pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier, the order may be forfeited and we will not refund you any amount that you have spent on your order.
2.8 We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials (unless required customised packing by customer with additional charges)

2.9 Standard shipping will be done by sea (unless required by customer for air delivery with additional charges) and delivery to door step will be done by local delivery. 

2.10 Shipping charges rate, handling, custom clearance and courier fees will be formally quoted to you by email before final acceptance and confirmation.

2.11 Shipping charges rate, handling, custom clearance and courier fees will be fully borne by buyer.

2.12 There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS in any monies or credit form for all shipping, handling, custom and courier charges.
